Oregon Bred Paint Horse Registry Year End HIGH POINT Award. SADDLE -- Sponsored by A Winning Way and Anthony Wilson Show Horses and COVER -- Sponsored by Precision Outfitters. The saddle Award will be given in 2009 to the All Around Horse earning the highest number of points in Three (3) Performance Classes. Halter will count toward this also. All exhibitors vying for the All Around horse must show under a min. of 8 judges to qualify.
